Your content

What you post (photos, blogs, notes) remains yours. You give Planted the right to show it within the platform as long as your account exists. If, when deleting your account, you choose to leave your photos up anonymously, Planted may keep showing those photos, without your name.

Code of conduct

• Only post photos you took yourself or are allowed to use.
• No offensive, illegal or misleading content.
• No bots or scripts to query the platform.
• Do not share your account with others.

In case of abuse, Planted can remove content or block an account.

Liability

Planted is offered as is. Plant data may contain errors. To the extent permitted by Belgian law, Planted is not liable for damage caused by using the platform or by loss of content. So keep irreplaceable photos elsewhere as well.

Privacy, changes and law

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy. We will let you know in advance about important changes to these terms. Belgian law applies; disputes go to the court of Antwerp, Turnhout division. Contact: garden@dorgart.be.
